I’ve found Anna Grear’s Somatic Liberation course the must unique, profound, pleasurable and life changing I’ve encountered. It gives you skills in self-directed healing that go far beyond just recovery. It offers genuine healing. I learned so many fascinating deep but practical life skills which I can now see will continue to serve me in protecting my full recovery and healing for the rest of my life. No more relapse for me!
It was a joy to take Anna’s Somatic Liberation journey. I was part of a group of 13 in her original beta group. I’ve tried several programs and found each valuable in their own way but this one is special and different. There’s just nothing else like it and it was the missing piece for me. After a 20 year up and down experience rollercoaster ride with ME/CFS, I am FINALLY FREE!!
Her program is not theory or information dense although there’s links to the neuroscience available. It’s rich in inner evolutionary growth and change. It’s not really a ‘course’ per se. It’s more of a self-guided, very personal and customizable, life changing experience. And compared to what all I know is also currently available, I find it very reasonably priced. Especially, given all that it offers. It’s easily worth 10x more.
