Solve et Coagula: a six-stage journey for spiritual awakening and expanded states of consciousness.

This album takes you through six stages of a spiritual journey. It is an experiential and artistic work — not a therapeutic or medical offering — though it is grounded in Anna’s professional hypnotherapy training and informed by years of practice in deep altered states. It will not necessarily be comfortable. The hypnotic language and sound sculpting can feel unfamiliar, particularly to those new to practice that challenges the nervous system. Some of you will absolutely love the experience. Others may need to remind themselves to allow any sensations that arise simply to move through without resistance or clenching. You are always in control — you are the one who allows and experiences. If you are currently in acute psychological distress or under psychiatric care, please consult your practitioner before listening. We advise listening in order. We also advise listening with headphones on. Later, once you have moved through the six stages at your own pace, you can play with open curiosity — allowing the tracks to call you, like gentle tides, towards whatever feels intuitively right.

 ‘The Current’ invites a dissolution into living energy—an experience of becoming the flow itself.
‘Incarnation’ is the mystical return—the true destination of all mature spirituality—deep into the body itself as the infinite in corporeal form—the unique expression of ‘suchness’ as the ‘thou’ that you always already are.

Before listening, please ensure:

• You will not be driving, operating machinery, or needing your full waking attention
• You are not currently in acute psychological distress or under active psychiatric treatment—if you are, please consult your practitioner first

If at any point you feel overwhelmed, simply open your eyes, look around the room, and name what you see. You return to ordinary awareness in your own time.
