INTRODUCTION
In this short sample course, you start with a basic exercise in orienting for calm, grounded safety.

A Hypno-Journey
Later, I explain how safe and wonderful hypnosis is, and the fact that you (yes, you) are always the one in charge of your own experience. This sample is a simple journey, a recording that includes voice and sound effects and some music, to lead your unconscious mind to a place where it can let go of unconscious limitations more easily. Feel free to listen as often as you want to, but please don't operate machinery or drive while you do so. This is best enjoyed with good headphones on, in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed, and where you can really just relax deeply.

A Little Glimpse into Neuroplasticity Training and Hypnosis
A glimpse into neuroplasticity training designed to rewire your nervous system. You get many more techniques on the full course, if you decide to join us. In the meantime, these will take you a long way and be very useful. You will also meet hypnosis here!

A Foundational Body Awareness Practice
On the full Somatic Liberation course we learn much more about how to communicate with the body and the unconscious. You will learn a whole raft of practical techniques to serve you in your self-healing mastery. Here, we sample a couple only. On the full course you also learn how to work with dreams and with the unconscious mind in free-form self-hypnosis practices.

Meditations for Awakened States
Here, I provide a sample meditation. On the full course there are 7 such meditations and three guided hypnotic journeys into explicitly spiritual states of awareness and consciousness, plus an entire section on how to handle some of the energetic, physiological dimensions of awakening experiences and stages.
